Annual family-oriented neighborhood Halloween: a 2pm dog costume contest, a 3pm parade behind brass bands and puppets to the Archway under the Manhattan Bridge, then crafts, a photo booth, live music, candy, and costume prizes. Free; 60+ businesses hand out candy 3-6pm. Drinks available at the Archway Bar.
