A drop-in research highlight day at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, filling the first and third floors of the Nature Research Center with astronomy tables. Families can try the Spiral Graph citizen-science project, ask the Raleigh Astronomy Club about telescopes, meet a NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador, and see meteorites from the asteroid belt, the Moon and Mars. Talks run at 11 AM and noon, and visitors can spend as long as they like at each table.
