Sixth annual downtown Day of the Dead festival and parade, presented by Reliant. Families get live music, a colorful procession (parade at 7 p.m.), food concessions, and hands-on arts and crafts for kids. The festival itself starts at 4 p.m., so younger kids can enjoy the crafts and music well before the evening parade.
