A five-course Bastille dinner travels through Bordeaux with five wines spanning Cremant de Bordeaux, Entre-Deux-Mers, Medoc, Graves and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, hosted by Nicolas Dornic of Dechaunac Wines. The menu moves from smoked salmon and scallops to duck breast, braised beef cheek and Valrhona chocolate; $125 plus tax and gratuity, reservations required.
