The 12th annual Diwali festival fills Flushing Town Hall with drop-in workshops on Indian food, block printing, rangoli art, henna and Hindi calligraphy, plus dance lessons kids can join. At 2:15 pm, Srijan Dance Company stages a joyful Indian wedding dance drama with a tassa drumming procession. Children attend free, and families can come and go through the afternoon.
