Town Square BK's annual Greenpoint Halloween tradition: a free costumed parade led by the NYPD Marching Band, stepping off from 155 Milton Street around 12:15pm down Manhattan Avenue. The indoor Spooktacular Party at St. John's Lutheran Church is ticketed ($25/child, sessions 10am, 11am, 1pm, ages 2-12).
