Waterloo Greenway, The Confluence, Austin, TX MapTen light-based installations by local artists take over the newly opened Confluence stretch of Waller Creek, from 4th Street to Lady Bird Lake, for nine nights. Timed entry runs in 6 to 8 PM or 8 to 10 PM windows, with themed nights including Family Night on November 14 and a free Community Night on November 16. The main entrance is at 4th and Sabine Streets.Outdoor
