Submit them yourself with your wknd key (wknd_feed_source_suggest: POST https://wknd.app/api/v1/feeds/34dqyd/sources with {"urls": [...]}). Send at most 20 URLs a call. An account can add 50 new sites a UTC day, so put the best pages first and send only a few pages from one host.
